1 ON-SITE TRAINING

To meet the needs of the foodservice industry to improve waiting staff’s performance, ATCLC provides on-site training conducted by our tutors. The service includes preliminary briefing at your premises, in-depth needs analysis and following staff observation, the preparation of customized intervention strategies.

2 COOKERY CLASS

Spend an unusual evening out in Rome preparing
food with a group of people. Discover

3 TEAM BUILDING

We organize customised team building sessions aimed at strengthening interaction and dynamics within the team, at improving problem solving and managing critical situations. The team will engage in purposely conceived work scenarios taking place in complex environments, such as kitchens, pizza restaurants and patisserie laboratories
