Holder and chef of the Restaurant "La Parolina" of Trevinano (Acquapendente) together with her husband Romano Gordini, has recently gotten notable recognitions from the gastronomic criticism.
From last, she has been assigned her one star Michelin and she has been consecrate "Best Woman Chef" during the last edition of the demonstration in Mailand of "Greedy Identity."
